Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Al-Kiran Online Quran Academy, we are committed to providing quality education and customer satisfaction. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation procedures.

1. Trial Classes

• Free Trial: New students receive 1 free trial class before enrollment
• No payment required for trial class
• Trial helps assess teacher compatibility and course suitability
• After trial, students can proceed with enrollment or decline without obligation

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 Full Refund (100%)

You are eligible for a full refund if:

• You cancel within 24 hours of initial payment (before first class)
• We are unable to provide a suitable teacher within 7 days
• Technical issues on our end prevent class delivery for more than 3 consecutive days
• We cancel the service for any reason

2.2 Partial Refund (Pro-Rated)

You may receive a pro-rated refund if:

• You cancel after completing some classes within the paid month
• Refund amount = (Total paid / Total classes) × Remaining classes
• Minimum 5 classes must remain for refund eligibility
• Request must be made within 15 days of payment

2.3 No Refund

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

• Cancellation after 15 days from payment date
• Student absence or missed classes without notice
• Technical issues on student's end (internet, device problems)
• Change of mind after completing more than 50% of classes
• Violation of Terms of Service by student
• Requests made after month completion

3. Cancellation Procedure

How to Cancel:

2. Provide: Student name, enrollment date, and reason for cancellation
3. We will review your request within 2 business days
4. If eligible, refund will be processed within 7-14 business days

Cancellation Notice Period:

• Monthly subscription: 7 days advance notice required
• Classes will continue during notice period
• Immediate cancellation available with forfeit of remaining classes

4. Refund Processing

4.1 Processing Time:

• Refund requests reviewed within 2 business days
• Approved refunds processed within 7-14 business days
• Bank transfers may take additional 3-5 days
• International refunds may take up to 21 days

4.2 Refund Method:

• Refunds issued to original payment method
• PayPal refunds: 5-7 business days
• Bank transfers: 7-14 business days
• Credit card refunds: 7-10 business days
• Western Union/Ria: Contact for alternative arrangement

4.3 Refund Deductions:

• Transaction fees (if any) are non-refundable
• Currency conversion charges may apply for international refunds
• Classes already conducted will be deducted from refund amount

5. Class Rescheduling

Instead of cancellation, you can:

• Pause Subscription: Up to 2 weeks per month (with advance notice)
• Change Schedule: Free schedule adjustment available
• Change Teacher: If not satisfied, request teacher change
• Change Course: Switch to different course within same plan

6. Home Tuition Cancellation (Lahore Only)

• Same refund policy applies as online classes
• 7 days advance notice required for cancellation
• Emergency cancellations considered on case-by-case basis
• Transportation costs are non-refundable

7. Dissatisfaction or Complaints

If you're not satisfied with our service:

• Contact us immediately to discuss concerns
• We will attempt to resolve issues within 48 hours
• Teacher replacement or schedule adjustment offered if needed
• Refund considered if we cannot resolve the issue

8. Force Majeure

In case of unforeseen events (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.) that prevent service delivery:

• Classes will be rescheduled when possible
• Subscription may be paused without penalty
• Pro-rated refunds or credits for future classes offered

9. Multiple Enrollments/Family Discounts

• Refunds calculated individually for each student
• Discounts forfeit upon partial cancellation
• Full family cancellation required to maintain discount eligibility
