1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in Al-Kiran Online Quran Academy or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

Al-Kiran Online Quran Academy provides:

• Online Quran classes (Namaz, Nazra, Hifz ul Quran, Tafseer, Mukammal Namaz, Hadees)
• Home tuition services in Lahore, Pakistan
• One-on-one and group classes
• Flexible scheduling and personalized learning plans

3. Enrollment and Registration

• Students must provide accurate information during registration
• For students under 18, parental consent is required
• We reserve the right to accept or reject enrollment applications
• One account per student unless multiple enrollments are approved

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Fees and Payment Methods:

• Monthly fees are due at the beginning of each month
• Accepted payment methods: PayPal, Payoneer, Western Union, Ria, Bank Transfer, Credit Cards, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Cash (for home tuition)
• All prices are listed in PKR for Pakistan and USD for international students

4.2 Late Payments:

• Payment must be made within the first 5 days of the month
• Classes may be suspended if payment is not received after 7 days
• A grace period of 3 days is allowed for payment processing delays

5. Class Attendance and Scheduling

• Students must attend scheduled classes regularly
• Missed classes must be notified at least 2 hours in advance
• Make-up classes will be arranged for classes missed with prior notice
• No make-up classes for no-shows without notice
• Schedule changes require 24 hours advance notice

6. Student Conduct

Students are expected to:

• Treat teachers with respect and courtesy
• Maintain proper Islamic etiquette during classes
• Be punctual and prepared for classes
• Complete assigned homework and practice regularly
• Not record or share class sessions without permission

7. Teacher Availability

• We strive to maintain consistent teacher assignments
• Substitute teachers may be provided in case of emergencies
• We reserve the right to change teachers if necessary
• Teacher illness or emergencies will be communicated promptly

9. Intellectual Property

• All course materials, videos, and content are copyrighted
• Students may not reproduce, distribute, or sell course materials
• Recording classes without permission is prohibited
• Materials are for personal use only

10. Technical Requirements

For online classes, students must have:

• Stable internet connection (minimum 2 Mbps)
• Computer, tablet, or smartphone with camera and microphone
• Zoom, Skype, or WhatsApp video call capability
• Quiet learning environment

11. Limitation of Liability

Al-Kiran Online Quran Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues, technical problems, or content accuracy.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if:

• Payment obligations are not met
• Student conduct is inappropriate or disrespectful
• Terms of Service are violated
• Fraudulent activity is detected

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Pakistani law.
